Diesel Mechanic

Job Title: Diesel Mechanic - HGV, Earthmoving, Telehandlers

Location: Waikato, New Zealand

NZSID are looking for Diesel Mechanics  to inspect, repair, and overhaul HGVs, Earthmoving vehicles and telehandlers.

Requirements:

  • 4 years’ experience as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent

  • Buses, 18 Wheeler and other large diesel vehicles

  • Relevant NZ qualifications or Similar overseas TQ

  • Skills and practical knowledge on welding

  • Knowledge and familiarity with all standard plant and equipment used on construction site

  • Diagnostic source of breakdown on equipment (mechanic, hydraulic, pneumatic)
